Folk and Traditional Arts Project Grant 

The Colorado Office of Economic Development and international Trade’s Folk and Traditional Arts Project Grant includes funding opportunities of up to $3,000. Funds can be used to create, present, or teach folk and traditional arts; and/or to document folk or traditional arts and cultural heritage via community archiving, oral histories, photojournalism, video, or other creative and/or documentary works. Applicants must be based in Colorado.

Applications are open as of July 1. 

 

 

Grants for the Arts Projects   

The National Endowment for the Arts’ Grants for Arts Projects (GAP) provides expansive funding opportunities to strengthen the nation’s arts and cultural ecosystem. Grants are available for arts projects in a wide variety of artistic disciplines. Applicants may request cost share/matching grants ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. Designated local arts agencies eligible to subgrant may request from $30,000 to $150,000 for subgranting programs in the Local Arts Agencies discipline.

Apply by July 11 at 11:50 p.m. ET.

 

 

INSITE Fund Grants

Administered by RedLine Contemporary Art Center as part of The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Regional Regranting program, the INSITE Fund awards up to $10,000 to directly support independent artists and artist collectives working across all visual media in the Denver Metro and Front Range area. Funded projects challenge traditional notions of the visual arts and take place outside the studio, museum, art center, or traditional gallery setting.  

Apply by July 12.

 

 

 

Artadia Awards: Cincinnati   

The Artadia Awards provide financial support, exposures and recognition to artists with unrestricted awards of $15,000 or $25,000 provided to four artists in a different program city each month. This month, artists in Cincinnati are invited to apply. 

Apply by July 15.

 

 

FST StudioProjects Fund  

FST StudioProjects Fund supports the studio practice of visual artists in New York City by defraying studio rental costs. Artists must have a current lease on an artist studio in New York City, but do not need to reside in New York City. 

Apply by July 15. 

 

 

Honeybook Breakthrough Grant 

The Breakthrough Grant is an independent business grant that provides early-stage marketing and creative consultants with $25,000 in tools, resources, and training to break through barriers and accelerate their growth.

Apply by July 16. 

 

 

Mauser EcoHouse Phoenix Artist Grant

The Mauser EcoHouse Phoenix Artist Grant is awarded annually to an emerging artist of any discipline in financial need. The grant covers accommodation in a shared room for a one-month stay at the Mauser EcoHouse during October. Members of underserved communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Apply by July 21. 

 

 

Rubin x Art Projects Grant Program

Project grants fund the exploration of concepts and ideas in Himalayan art that have the power to inspire today’s society. Artists and creatives of all ages, career stages, and mediums can apply for grants from $2,500 to $25,000. 

Apply by July 30. 

 

 

AXS Film Fund 

This program is for creators of color in documentary filmmaking or nonfiction new media who identify as living with a disability. Each year, AXS Film Fund awards up to five creators with grants of up to $10,000 each to assist them in finishing their projects in any stage of production. 

Apply by July 31. 

 

 

Looking Out Foundation Grant

The Looking Out Foundation Grant provides funding opportunities up to $5,000 for nonprofit organizations working in various fields such as youth services, public health, women and girl services, environment, art and culture, food access and hunger, homelessness services, women's rights and equality, social justice, human rights, and civil rights.

SXSW 2025 Call for Submissions 

Artists, innovators, storytellers, and trailblazers are invited to showcase their bold ideas and projects at SXSW 2025 from March 7 – 15, 2025. SXSW 2025 participation categories include PanelPicker session proposals, Music Festival Showcasing Artists, and two tech-centered competitions, SXSW Pitch and Innovation Awards.
