Once you have an active Company Page, let’s add those products:

Step 1: Access the "Products" Tab

Navigate to your company page, and find the “Products” tab. This section is only available to page administrators.

🌱 Pro Tip: If the “Products” tab is not visible, your Page industry might not be eligible. Do you already have a storefront for your creative/maker business on another platform? Check out our tips for making your digital shop stand out.

Step 2: Add a New Product

Click “Add Product.” If your product and organization have the same name, you’ll create a Product Page. If your product and organization have different names, you’ll click “Next,” enter the product name and click the “Get Started” button.

Next, fill in the product details.

    • Product Name: Be clear and specific.
    • Description: Write a short description of the product’s features and benefits.
    • Media: Upload images or videos that showcase the product in action (recommended size: 1200 x 627 pixels).
    • Category: Choose the category that best fits your product. Examples include software, hardware, financial services, education, healthcare, or consulting. This is required — your page won’t be approved if left blank.

🌱 Pro Tip: Be sure to select a category before submitting your Product Page it’s mandatory for approval!

    Step 3: Submit for Review

Double-check all the information and media you’ve added. Once everything is complete, click “Publish.” LinkedIn will start its verification process.

🌱 Pro Tip: Make sure that you have a URL link to this specific product on your business' website. LinkedIn will verify your products and services.

    Step 4: Publish Product

Once LinkedIn approves your Product Page, you can publish! Go to your page's content- or super-admin view. Click “Activity” in the left menu. Click the “View Product” button, then “Publish” product.

🌱 Pro Tip: If your company offers more than one product, you can create up to 35 additional Product Pages. Only the 10 mostly recently created Product Pages will be shown to your Page visitors.

Adding products or services to your LinkedIn page is a great way to highlight what your business has to offer and connect with potential customers. Dedicated mini-pages let you share detailed information, showcase key benefits, and make it easy for visitors to explore your offerings. With a little effort, your LinkedIn page can become a powerful tool for building connections and growing your business.
