MoniCakes owner Monica Bigas has been treating Alamogordo to her custom cakes for over 15 years. Monica first came to DreamSpring for $4,000 to launch a new Downtown storefront, where she could fill her window display with goodies that taste as amazing as they look. As her business grew, she returned for a $16,200 Line of Credit to expand into event planning and offer a wider selection of treats. Now in addition to serving everyday indulgences like bear claws, churro cupcakes, and her famous biscochitos from the bakery, MoniCakes is a mainstay at special events with beautifully crafted cakes and event decor.
