    Dear DreamMakers,

Here at DreamSpring, accountability is so important that it’s one of our core values. As a values-based behavior, that means that we own our actions, mistakes, and results, and we are proactive in seeking and embracing feedback. Why do we choose to do this? Accountability is a beautiful thing because it is an essential ingredient of trust. When we demonstrate that we are wholly accountable, we earn the trust of those around us, and vice versa.

This Women’s History Month, we recognize the cycle of accountability and trust that is vital to our support of women entrepreneurs. Just as women small business owners are accountable to their customers, earning and re-earning their business every single day, DreamSpring is accountable to the entrepreneurs and communities that we serve. The success of women entrepreneurs is our success. We exist because they do. And we affirm that interconnection with every decision we make, every action we take. As you strengthen the DreamSpring core value of Accountability through your partnership with us, we are collectively creating an ecosystem of trust and mutuality — the fertile ground where dreams can take root, spring to life, and flourish.

    With appreciation,
